How does the delivery method work?

• Once your order has been processed, we inspect the items to ensure they are in perfect condition.
• Once they pass the final quality check, we package them up and give them to our distribution partner.
• Our delivery partner will deliver the package to you as soon as possible. If your address cannot be located or a reasonable time is not available, you will be contacted to resolve the issue.
• We use a ‘closed box delivery’ system to ensure product authenticity, protect customer privacy and prevent tampering.

How are things packaged?
The items are packed in cardboard boxes with your invoice.
Each item is carefully wrapped, with bubble wrap wrapped around delicate items like bags for added protection.

What are distribution costs?
Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT

What is the estimated delivery time?
Within Dhaka: 1-2 days
After Dhaka: 3-5 days
 

Political, environmental, travel and other issues can cause delays in delivery. If there is a delay, our customer service team will let you know.
 
 

ডেলিভারি প্রসেস কীভাবে কাজ করে?

• আপনার অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়া হওয়ার পর, প্রোডাক্টগুলো ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করা হয় যেন সেগুলো সম্পূর্ণ সঠিক অবস্থায় থাকে।
• ফাইনাল কোয়ালিটি চেকের পর, প্রোডাক্টগুলো প্যাক করে আমাদের বিশ্বস্ত ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে পাঠানো হয়।
• ডেলিভারি পার্টনাররা যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আপনার ঠিকানায় প্রোডাক্টগুলো পৌঁছে দেয়। যদি কোনো কারণে তারা আপনার ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাতে না পারে, তারা আপনাকে যোগাযোগ করে সমস্যার সমাধান করবে।
• আমরা ‘ক্লোজড বক্স ডেলিভারি’ পলিসি অনুসরণ করি। এতে প্রোডাক্টের অথেন্টিসিটি, আপনার গোপনীয়তা এবং প্রোডাক্টের ভেজাল বা পরিবর্তন রোধ নিশ্চিত হয়।

প্রোডাক্টগুলো কীভাবে প্যাকেজিং করা হয়?

আমরা প্রোডাক্টগুলো কার্ডবোর্ডের বক্সে প্যাকেজ করি এবং ইনভয়েসও সাথে রাখি। প্রতিটি প্রোডাক্ট সাবধানে প্যাকেজ করা হয়, বিশেষ করে ভেঙে যাওয়ার আশঙ্কা রয়েছে এমন আইটেমগুলো বাবল ওয়্যাপ দিয়ে সুরক্ষিত করা হয়।

• ঢাকার বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা

ডেলিভারি কত দিনে পৌঁছে?

• ঢাকার মধ্যে: ১-২ দিন
• ঢাকার বাইরে: ৩-৫ দিন

কোনো প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক পরিস্থিতি, পরিবহন সমস্যা অথবা অন্য কোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত কারণে ডেলিভারি দেরি হলে, আমাদের কাস্টমার রিলেশন টিম আপনাকে জানিয়ে দেবে।
