📦 Sales & Orders

You can update your shipping address or phone number in the "My Orders" section before your order is dispatched. Simply click the edit icon on the order details page.
Note: Changes cannot be made once the order is shipped.

After a successful payment, your order details should be visible within 10 minutes. If you don’t see it, please wait and check again.

Before shipping: Go to "My Orders" and cancel directly.
After shipping: Simply refuse the delivery.
Once the product is returned, we will process your refund within 24-48 hours.

Returns are accepted under these conditions:
Damaged or defective products
Wrong product delivered
Missing items in shipment

📌 Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all labels intact.

📍 Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
📍 Outside Dhaka: 3-5 business days

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in select locations across Bangladesh.
