How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Email Request

    • Send an email to support@sacelady.com.bd with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request."
    • Include your registered email address and any relevant account details.

  2. Through Account Settings (if applicable)

    • Log in to your account.
    • Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete Account.
    • Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.

  3. Customer Support Request

Important Information

  • Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Some information may be retained for legal or compliance purposes.
  • Processing the request may take up to 7-14 days.
